Receipts include id, immutable intent digest, policy, outcome, signed actual filled lots, beneficiary paid, charged payout railFees, declared feeCap, possiblyExposed and allowPartial. Fields unrelated to the command are zero/false; these are not portfolio totals. For orders, feeCap is absolute requested lots × fee-per-lot, not actual fees. For payouts it is the extra rail-fee cap. Grant/revoke/leverage can complete locally. Cancel receipts do not substitute for the original order’s reconciled terminal evidence. Funding settlement is not a second funding earning. On timeout/disconnect: retain original ID and exact economics, freshly attest, sign with current authority and query that ID. Retry only when qualified evidence permits it; there is no automatic retry. Same ID with changed economics conflicts. A new transport correlation number does not create a new order or payout.
