# Privacy and transport

> Private application data terminates inside the confidential service.

The SDK verifies fresh Nitro attestation against an independently approved release, then establishes authenticated encryption to the enclave. Signed commands and private replies are encrypted before crossing the parent relay; the parent is not a plaintext trading backend.

Balances, positions, orders and history are private. Deposits and payouts are public. Venues observe pooled account activity; privacy does not hide all metadata or transfers.

A hostile website can steal data before encryption. Obtain the SDK/WASM core and release policy through trusted distribution, not the attestation response.

The selected Noise implementation has an unresolved opaque-secret erasure limitation. Browser teardown is not memory-erasure proof.
